A bit of creative thinking will be making concerts possible this summer, just don't expect any moshing.
Toronto Adventures, a boat rental company in King's Mill Park, makes it possible to take in a concert or live show from a boat for a novel summer experience.
In order to take part in one of the floating concerts this summer, you'll just need to pick what performance you'd like to check out online and make your way down to the Humber Paddling Centre.
It's a five-minute walk from the Old Mill subway station and is where you'll be able to pick up a boat rental from which you'll be able to enjoy either a live music, comedy or magic performance right on the beautiful Humber River.
The fact that you're in a boat makes it easy to maintain social distance. Another added perk is the scenic paddle down the river you'll be able to enjoy before settling in for the dockside show.

When it comes to the rental options, single ($40) and tandem ($70) kayaks, as well as two ($70) and three-seater ($90) canoes are available. Those who already own a boat can also purchase just a $10 ticket for the show.
There will be nine concerts over the summer with performances from artists like Kalila Badali, Sean Pinchin and Chris Caddell.
The full lineup of local artists from June 18 to Oct. 15 can be found on the website, as well as what up-and-coming comedians and magicians you can expect to see through the summer.
