German Bratwurst and Pilsner Gouda Nachos

I wanted to create something German-inspired and simple that brings some of my favorite flavors together. Born were German Nachos complete with sliced, grilled bratwurst and onion, quick marinated cabbage, a mustard sour cream and warm gouda-beer-sauce. Lecker!
