Also, for peace of mind, enhanced safety measures—with a ‘Pan Pacific Cares’ programme—have been implemented to ensure a comfortable and safe dine-in experience for all.

Family-style dishes will be portioned and served individually to diners, and the seating layouts have been re-designed to accommodate a maximum of five guests per table, complying with safe distancing guidelines. Dining tables, chairs, and stools are sanitised with healthcare grade disinfectant after every use, as well.

For Hai Tien Lo, a la carte and set menus will be available for lunch and dinner all week, while dim sum aficionados can rejoice with a curated a la carte dim sum menu on weekdays or their popular weekend brunch dim sum brunch buffet.
