Mooli Jowar Ki Roti is a healthy and wholesome breakfast roti that fills your stomach to keep you going for a long time. Kambu Roti/Chapathi as it is known in South India, is a diabetic friendly recipe as Jowar is a complex carbohydrate ingredient.
The roti dough is prepared by mixing all the ingredients with very little hot water and kneaded to a soft dough. The dough is then patted and rolled on butter paper or a plastic sheet and cooked on medium heat.
Serve Mooli Jowar Ki Roti along with Aloo Gobi Ki Sabzi, Curd and Gor Keri Pickle for a complete North Indian Style Breakfast.
