Mitte- Grand Schlemm, new higher end dinner popper is about to debut over at Mitte’s 19Grams cafe. The deal with the new popper is that they are fine diner mounted by a mix of multiple chefs that are linking up with a mixologist to create the menu. The angle appears to be a sort of modern euro style offering with a cocktail pairing. Not a terribly heft price tag at about fifty bucks a pop. They are going to be holding it for one night only in about two weeks over at the Alexander Platz 19Grams location. Lets see how it pans out.
