Curd Rice With Carrots Recipe

Curd Rice is more often eaten by the south Indians as a part of their meal. It makes a great summer food as well. Rice and curd are the 2 main ingredients that go towards making this. It is called as ‘thayir sadam’ in tamil and ‘daddojanam’ in telugu. It is an easy and quick recipe which can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

Serve Curd Rice With Carrots as a side dish with your delicious meal or have it on its own for a light and healthy lunch. You can also pack it for your lunch box.
