Spinach cauliflower soup is a delicious and healthy soup made using whole vegetables. Rich in nutrients and health properties.

Ingredients
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic - 4
  • Cauliflower - 2 cups
  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
  • Water as needed
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a kadai.
  2. Add in cauliflower and saute till cooked.
  3. Add in spinach and mix well. Cook till vegetables is cooked.
  4. Now take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
  5. Now take it in a pan, add water and mix well.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and cumin powder and bring it to a boil.
  7. Mix well. Serve hot.

4)Add in cauliflower cubes

5)Cook till cauliflower is well seared.

6)Add in spinach

7)Cook till it is wilted

8)Take it in a blender

9)Puree till smooth.

10)Take it in a kadai. Add little water.

11)Season with salt.

12)Season with pepper and a touch of cumin powder

14)Mix well and simmer for few minutes.

15)Serve
