HOE HOKKIEN MEE
Run by a couple in their 60s, Hoe Hokkien Mee is a pretty well-known name in North Bridge Road Market & Food Centre. Their Hokkien Mee leans toward the wetter side so expect your noodles to be doused in lots of rich prawny gravy.
Their delivery menu is straight and simple — hokkien mee boxes in three sizes (S$4.20/small, S$5.20/regular, S$8.30/big). Delivery locations rotate daily so check their Facebook page for weekly updates! Delivery costs a flat fee of S$7.

KIM’S PLACE SEAFOOD
No points for guessing what one of the signature dishes of this zi char restaurant is. Kim’s Place Seafood’s Hokkien Mee comes in five sizes, from extra small (S$5) to extra large (S$30).
They also have an “X.O” version, which stands for “eXtra Oyster”. Funny. If you’re stuck with ordering their other dishes, have no qualms about going for their Black Pepper Crab.
