Shangri-La Hotel Singapore has churned out their own rendition of the bubble tea beverage in the form of a Bubble Tea Lava Cake.
The sweet delight features earl grey Japanese sponge cake sandwiched in between a 64% Manjari chocolate-infused tea ganache. Topped with a copious amount of chewy
gula melaka pearls and mascarpone cheese chantilly, this bubble tea-inspired delight is guaranteed to warm your hearts with its delicious irresistible flavour.
Available in three sizes—large (750g), regular (350g) and mini—the cakes are priced at S$60, S$38 and S$9, respectively.
