All you need for this simple recipe is peanut butter, sugar, an egg and a little bit of patience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR 3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES:
- Peanut butter (240 grams)
- Sugar (100 grams)
- 1 egg
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Oven
- Baking tray
- Fork
- Parchment paper
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.
STEP 2
Spoon 240 grams of peanut into the mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Pour in 100 grams of sugar.
STEP 4
Crack in an egg.
STEP 5
Give everything a good mix.
STEP 6
Roll mixture into even-sized balls. Place balls onto the baking tray covered in parchment paper with about a 1-inch gap between them.
STEP 7
Flatten balls with a fork in a criss-cross pattern so they will bake evenly.
STEP 8
Pop cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
STEP 9
Remove cookies from oven, let them cool for about 10 minutes and then plate.
