Prenzlauer Berg- Chaomin, new Vietnamese restaurant opened their doors a few weeks back over on Prenzlauer Allee. The deal with the new joint is that they do an offering of Congee, a type of special seasoned rice porridge. They are in full service at the moment and don’t seem to have any sort of opening event planned for the future. However, for those who are interested in the special dish, you’d be hard pressed to find Congee anywhere else in town. Lets see if the foodies will dub this the next big thing. More on Congee should it develop.
