Mitte- Mio, the Mitte based tourist spot under the TV tower is doing damage control. Mio was in some hot water over the last week as numerous cases of Corona were tracked to the restaurant bar and lounge. As a result Berlin has issued more warnings to restaurants around town, making sure they comply with regulations. Mio has put up a banner on their media letting everyone know that they are taking the Corona health regulations seriously. Between the bad publicity and the lack of tourists this can’t be good for business. Hopefully they’ll pull through.
