Charlottenburg- Duc Ngo, head chef and owner of Madame Ngo, Ryoeit 893 and a few others has been working on a new kitchen lab. Last week he launched a Ramen pop up that got alot of love from the influencer class. The word is that the location, which is just off of Savigny Platz, hasn’t settled on exactly what its going to offer and will stay as a pop up location for the time being. The next pop up will be a repeat of the successful ramen run and will happen next weekend. We shall see whether this will turn into and official resto, or will maintain its flexible existance. More on the loccation as it develops.
