Charlottenburg- Aufwind, new fine diner is kocked up over in Char-burg, just off of Kantstr. The deal with the new joint is that it is a fine dining duo that aims to do meatless (will include fish) fine dining offering using all sustainable regional products, with a few exceptions. The head chef and owner has long been in the Berlin gastro game as well as partner and sommelier who comes from a line of local high end pedigree. No exact word on opening dates, but they indicate it will happen some time in August. More on Aufwind as it develops.
