It's easy to prepare dough for steamed bun that does not required much kneading, just add in all ingredients and select PULSE or DOUGH function to put the dough together.
Besides preparing dough, it can be used to crush ice to make smoothie, shakes, ice cream and all kind of drinks. I have tried making Frappe and smoothie, the ice-crushing function is really amazing, you can watch some of the videos shared on my Facebook page to see how it works. The processor also can be used to make puree, process/ chop veggies and meat for making salad, patties, nuggets etc.

Ingredients:
85g Milk 牛奶 85克
20g Sugar 细砂糖 20克
1 tsp Oil 油 1小匙
150g Plain Flour/ Pau Flour 中筋面粉/包粉 150克

Method: 步骤
1. Place dough blade into Ninja Precision Processor. Add in all ingredients(except red bean paste). Select DOUGH function to knead the dough.

| I added a little more liquid than usual so the dough would be softer and easier for the blender to work. |
取出面团加少许面粉揉至光滑。分割5份,包入馅料。
| Transfer on a floured work-top, knead for few minutes till smooth and elastic. |
3. Let it proof for about 50 minutes or doubled in size. Steam for 15 minutes. When it's done, turn off heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes before removing open the lid.
