Ingredients
- butter (any kind) 100g
- runny honey 4 tbsp
- mixed seeds 75g
- dried cherries 75g, chopped
- whole almonds 75g, roughly chopped
- rolled oats 200g
- dark chocolate chips 75g
- Rice Krispies 40g
Method

Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 and line a 20cm x 30cm baking tin with baking paper. Melt the butter and honey in a small pan. Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl then pour over the butter and honey. Mix really well, then tip into the baking tin and use the back of a spoon to compress the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes until just browning at the edges, then cool completely.
Step 2
Lift the granola from tin using the baking paper, then cut into 10 bars to serve.
