Not many may know that B Burger is by homegrown menswear label Benjamin Barker, known for its smartly tailored suits.
Because burgers are not what you would expect them to do.
The burgers are created to reflect classic American deliciousness with a secret B Sauce that would lend “umami magic” to the standard cheese burger.
The signature cheeseburgers are the B Burger ($9.90) and B Supreme ($12.90) – containing beef patties with portobello mushroom, caramelised onions, vintage cheddar cheese and a dollop of truffle sauce.
The Burger had a mouth-watering combination of pillow soft bun and moist patties. I gave the burger a light squeeze, and you could almost see juice seeping out.
The buns are created fluffy and light, made with French wheat flour and butter; while patties come with a secret proportion of 3 cuts of beef for a balance of texture and taste.
In fact, I think that many patties found in Singapore are just too dry, and B Burger with a comfortable price point has an edge.
Other burgers you can expect include Umami Burger ($7.90) included with buttermilk fried Portobello and melted cheddar; The Baller Burger ($12.90) which is a combination of the B Burger and Umami.
For deliveries, B Burger will grill all patties medium-well to well-done for food safety.
Side offered include Regular Fries ($3), Curly Fries ($5), Truffle Fries ($7), Loaded Umami Fries ($8), Spicy Wings ($10), Salted Yolk Calamari ($12).
