As the title suggests, Im looking for help finding a type of food! I had it in Thailand, probably somewhere near Chiang-Mai. I bought it from a small vendor after long day of hiking.
It was a sweet pork, sliced thin, almost looked candied. It was served with rice and had translucent orange hue to it. It was also sold by the bag (of which I bought 20 of for myself an another 20 for the hell of it).
I think about this pork fondly. I would love to be reunited with its sweet unctuous mouth feel.
It came with a business card (which I will locate and post a picture of for translation)
